Accused in the wrong of trying to use a voucher twice. That't Amore
I visited your restaurant yesterday evening with a voucher that I bought on Groupon which was for stater, pizza and wine for four people. When I arrived I show the waitress the voucher to ask if I could get a pasta dish instead of pizza. The meal was nice and we ordered some extras. When I went to pay the balance the waitress told me that the voucher was already used. I said that this was impossible as I had never been to the restaurant before. The young woman was so rude to me and made me feel like a thief. As it turned out in the end the first girl had scanned the voucher when I arrived at 16.45. The girl made no apology for her mistake. I one point I taught that the Guards were going to be called. I was with my friend and our two teenage sons. It was so embarrassing and our evening was ruined by this girl rudeness and bad manners.
